Devon have approved a council tax rise of nearly five per cent to fund a big boost in spending on the elderly, the vulnerable and the county’s roads.

Devon received an award for “best practice reporting in customer service” at the PATROL PARC Awards (Parking Annual Report Awards by Councils).
